What are your opening hours?
Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Opening hours may vary on bank holidays.

How do I place an order?
We do not offer online checkout.
Orders can be placed:
- In-store at Peony & Thyme, Moira
- Via WhatsApp
- Instagram or Facebook message
We’ll confirm all details with you directly.
Do you have flowers available daily?
Yes — we have a selection of fresh bouquets available in the shop every day, ready to take away.
For something more bespoke or specific, we recommend getting in touch in advance.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes — we offer local delivery within Moira 6 days a week.
For areas outside of Moira, delivery is usually available on Fridays and Saturdays.
A delivery fee applies.

How should I care for my flowers?
To keep your flowers looking their best for as long as possible:
- Trim the stems at an angle before placing in fresh water
- Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heat
- Change the water every 2–3 days
- Remove any fading blooms to maintain the arrangement
Flower food is usually provided with your aqua box — simply follow the instructions to help prolong the life of your flowers.
Safety for Children and Pets
For the safety of little ones and pets, we recommend keeping flowers and arrangements out of reach.
Some flowers may not be suitable for handling or ingestion, so a safe placement is always best.
Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes — we specialise in floral designs for small and intimate weddings.
We take on a limited number of weddings each year, as our primary focus is our retail shop.
Please get in touch directly to discuss your plans and check availability.
Can you create custom bouquets or arrangements?
Yes — we create bespoke bouquets and floral arrangements tailored to your style and occasion.
If you have something specific in mind, feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
How long can I expect my flowers to last?
With the right care, most flowers will last around 5–7 days, depending on the variety.
To help them last longer, keep them in a cool spot, change the water regularly, and trim the stems every few days.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase or delivery, with clear photographic proof.
Flowers must also be returned to the shop within this timeframe for inspection.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if flowers are not reported and returned within 24 hours.
Gift items are non-refundable unless faulty.
